The following MIGHT help (Reports and Forms is a long time ago for me.....) - Set REPORTS_PATH at the server, and do not use full paths in web.show_document
(but I think your problem is before calling this procedure) - Report Server names can be case sensitive, use uppercase in your RUN_REPORT procedure
- Underscores in report server names may cause problems.... it did in earlier versions.

Could you post your rwnetwork.conf file ?
