Isn't Vista essentially XP with bleeding edge updates? ;) Installing Oracle on an uncertified platform/release almost always involves a bit of hacking and eventually some bug reporting. OS dependencies for OUI are stored in ./install/oraparam.ini, under [Certified Versions] section. You may try to add FC6 to the list or clear the Linux entry for the purpose of getting past this check, but be prepared for failures or erratic behavior further in the installation, or while running DS products, though that's unlikely.
