Oracle Motif Toolkit in Forms 9.0.4.1.0 with UTF8

Gurus,

Back in the Oracle Forms Developer 9.0.2.x releases there was a known compatibility issue with UTF8 character sets and the Oracle Motif Toolkit on UNIX.

Does anyone still know whether or not this issue has been resolved in Forms Developer 9.0.4.1.0, and if so, which patch set resolved it? If not, is there an open Bug ID for this issue?
