You've exhausted the easy stuff I can do in a usenet group.
The suggestion I have now is this.
1. Create a form with nothing on it except a single button that
closes the form.
2. A simple menu with only an item that exits and an icon.
3. Attach the form, the menu, and the icon to an email and send
to my UW email address below. I'll try to sort it out if you wish.
