I was able to connect from the browser to Oracle Enterprise Manager after the install. Today, I cannot. My URL would be http://10.0.1.2:5500/em. It tells me Connect refused.

Could someone point me to the documentation for making sure Oracle server is running and OEM is functioning correctly again..
