| I have a problem with LOVs. Is there anyway to change the order of the
| columns based on a parameter which can be checked at runtime in forms
| 6.
|
| For example.
| I have an LOV which lists two columns
|
| Column 1 - Person Name
| Column 2 - Person ID
|
| when the form loads I check a global parameter if the parameter is 'Y'
| I want the ordering to be as above however if the parameter is 'N'
| then
| I would like the lov ordering to be like:
| Column 1 - Person ID
| Column 2 - Person Name.
|
| Is there anyway of doing this?
|
| Any help would be really appreciated.
|
| Thanks

IIRC, no -- but two LOV's can share the same record group, and i'm fairly certain you can change an items' LOV property to switch LOVs programmatically
