I disagree. Delphi/Kylix maybe not as mainstream as Java or C++, but if You use this as an argument, You could say that Oracles� PL/SQL is a "dead end" - which is definitely untrue: it is even almost a Vorbild for PostgreSQL, for instance.

There is more in this world than Java - much more.
