Nip over to www.yahoogroups.com and sign up to the TOAD group where the developers hang out. They are pretty quick to respond and fix things. Better still, raise a support call to Quest through your maintenance contract.
If you are running free TOAD then you won't have a maintenance contract, so the TOAD list at Yahoo is your best bet - they support free TOAD as well.
