It seemed to me that there was less kicking than one would expect, given
that the majority of the English points were scored that way throughout
the RWC. Two kicks really stood out I thought though, (aside from the
eventual right-footed winner), Elton Flatley's high-pressure equalizer,
and Stephen Larkham high ball to Tuquiri on the line. That was a peach!
