I've never seen this and would look at the following:
- Were any DLLs loaded on any client machines after Forms
- Are there any other network problems being experienced
- Does it happen if you connect to a database on a test or dev machine
I've seen many installations, and many applications, this problem seems quite [Quoted] [Quoted] specific to your environment so that is where you should look.
