What exactly did you do that was so bad? If you only have select access, you couldn't have done much..... Maybe if we had knowledge of what you did we could help. We don't need details of who you did it too, just the steps you took. You created the wrong fields, etc.... Details man, details. You would be surprised what can be done. Give us more, we'll give you more.

PS... You would be surprised how understanding bosses are when you make a mistake and tell them about it before they find out. They've made mistakes, and as long as it was not intentional, you'll work something out with them.
