Designer 6I database (repository) creation scripts

With the last version of Designer, it would kindly create a repository during installation. This was most useful as it took the hard work out of installing it. With 6i, we don't get that - oh dear.
To save myself a lot of work, has anyone got the required init.ora and createdb scripts as per the recommendations in the Designer Installation Guide, including (but not restricted to) roles, users, tablespaces etc.
Why couldn't they at least give template scripts in their documentation that could have been copied and pasted.
