oracle reports docs and question

Hello,

Im trying to understand the reports builder and graphics builder of the oracle reports tool. The docs i downloaded i can hardly use. I need better, more user friendly, training docs. Anybody have them please? Other resources?

I also have a hands on question: anybody with experience in importing sybase data in oracle? Or using odbc within oracle reports? or using an msaccess database within oracle?
