In that case assume it was just coded (e.g. PL/SQL block of a button) You did not give the circumstances, now did you? And a queryable item *is* navigable by default (otherwise you wouldn't be able to navigate to it, and enter data...) Go play with it - download forms (and Headstart) off OTN. Then redo the OCP
