I have used OAS with the Java Cartridge, and PL/SQL Cartridge to generate web pages. Both projects were successful but required quite a bit of code, much of it to handle very routine things like field edits and validation.

This time I am going with Developer 6i. I am very impressed at how easy it is to create a useful application with virtually no coding; just point and click. Reports looks like a pretty awsome tool too.

I am just learning Developer but I can imagine that if a person really knew the product inside and out, that person could probably do more in one day than a "code it by hand" programmer could do in a month.

I just wish I had a live-in Developer programmer to teach me.
