Webdb Error

Hello,

I have recently installed webdb on a linux box with oracle 8i. After the initial install everything was fine. However I rebooted the machine. Now every time I try to connect the the webdb site I get the following error message:

Unfortunately Im not a dba, so I have no idea how to correct this.
