WebDB 2.0 "bug"

[Quoted] Does somebody knows if this "bug" is solved in WebDB 2.2

I have a Form based on one Table
displays a date field.
When I don't set any parameters in "Format Mask" (19.04.00) (WebDB, Edit Forms, Column Formatting and Validation, Format Mask) the "edit" "delete" buttons work fine.

When I set the "Format Mask" to "DD.MM.YYYY HH24:MI:SS" (19.04.2000 09:09:65)
the display in the browser is fine but when press "update" or "delate"
I got the following error message;

WWV_SYS_DML.PROCESS_UPDATE
                            somebody else.

I need to display the Time.
Any work arounds, other tips.
