compiling and running a pro*c program in personal oralce8 (8.1.5 release)

HI

  I installed oracle8 personal edition i.e. 8.1.5 release on my desktop at home on windows 98. I tried to compile a pro*c program which is there in the demo folder. But there is no executable file of Proc.

 SO How do I compile the pro*c program and run it in personal oracle 8.1.5 on windows 98.

 Is it possible to run it or no.

 If any one can answer this question I will be very grateful to them.
