Well. I have done it but It didn't work.
What user must I use to connect?
I have reading the newsgroup and somebody talk about the users 'system',
'sys' and 'internal'. This was the solution. In my BD the only user that has
SYSDBA rol is 'Internal'.
Now I can connect as Internal / <Password> and I can start and shutdown the instance. Also, I can grant sysdba rol to others users in Server Manager Line Command.
Thank you.
