Hi there

   There is a simple way of calling the Save/Open window of Windows which takes care of your saving a file, if you are looking for that. You can check it in the Sample examples given in forms under the heading Making API Calls(something like that).

   Second is using TextIO package in Forms.

If you are interested in that and you are not able to find the example please let me know I will send you one application which I created some time back.

Make sure before making a call to this API that you have to attach one Utility library to the form.
