How to concatinate a clob with a varchar2?

This is my table:
create table table_name
( id number
, long_text clob);

[Quoted] [Quoted] What I would like to do is to concatinate clob values with varchar2 like:
select long_text || 'some string'
from table_name;

Ho can I achieve this?
