I was looking for the answer that I dont need OAS but can use Apache or
other 3rd party webservers. Thanks for the info.
I tried to use Apache server to deploy a form and ran into a problem. I
am able to run the form on the machine which has Oracle Server and
developer server when I use forms listener but when I invoke the web
page from another machine the page loads then downloads the f50web.jar
and the applet starts and terminates with the error
Java Exception: oracle.forms.uiClient.v1_4.engine.RunformException:FRM-
99999 : Failed to connect to the server : x.x.x.x:9000 at
oracle/forms/...../Runform.initConnection(Runform.java) and other forms
follow.
When I connect on the server the forms listener logs the access in the
log file. But when I try to access it from aother machines nothing is
logged. Do I need some kind of listener between Apache and forms
listener. Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
