I would like to add one further note to the capabilities of DBPartner and it's ability to allow interactive debugging within the application context. This feature DOES NOT require any change to your code. This feature works with development environments and compiled code. All you have to do is specify the application/IDE you wish to debug and all PL/SQL calls to the database will pop up in XPEDITER/SQL for debugging. Just think of the opportunity this presents when you are able to see what your application and/or third party components are really doing.
