I need to retrieve images / pics with related data from an employee table on to form 5.0, is there a way you can retrieve images from database tables on to a form

I need to make a log-in form for the application that lets users select their usernames and upon selection the screen is to be populated with that employee's other info from database table together with the photo

Any ideas, alternatives will be much appreciated.
