Help:Forms 4.5 -> 6.0

I have an application with several form modules generated with Designer 2000, v 1.3.2 and running under forms 4.5 in several platforms. Now I have set up a digital unix machine with 8.0.5 and forms 6.0 and the modules work fine except for a crash when commiting a form:

cannot find (null) executable.
st_dump_frame: no proc entry for 0x1204c2798, 0x1203467f8
It seems to be a problem with the 4.5 module files as forms generated
with the new system work fine.
Anyone has an idea?
