Help: GPF in Forms 4.5

The user selects a radio button which populates a list item with all unique values. Then depending on which item is selected from the list item a query is performed.
The form works fine on one table. Now I am trying to run the form on a copy of the production table and keep receiving a GPF but only on one particle radio button selection. I have changed the record group and all other parameters to the new table.
The only difference in the two tables is one of the fields (the one that is casuing the problems) was updated to a char (10) from char(20). I have made the neccesary changes in the form to reflect this change but it still crashes.
Any ideas what could be causing the GPF's?
