SQL*Plus configuration

I tryed to write a path into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE subkey SQLPATH in registry. And it does not help. After reloading when I try edit scripts, by default SQL*PLUS uses \Orant\bin directory again.
