Unique Values In Forms 5 Data Block

I need to set up a Forms data block that allows user to enter upto ten different
records. The data block will show several lines and the user should be able to insert and delete any record.

I need to set up a Forms data block that allows user to enter upto ten different
records. The data block will show several lines and the user should be able to insert and delete any record.
After each record I need to check if the value entered is unique.
What is the best way of implementing this?
