Easy Designer2000 question

I have my repository all set up and have been using it for a while, and have come to a point where I want to reverse engineer several changes, and do a Reconcile.

I have my repository all set up and have been using it for a while, and have come to a point where I want to reverse engineer several changes, and do a Reconcile.
However, both of these options are disabled on my menu! Strange. Is there something that has to be done before I can do the RevEng or Reconcile? I know that some of the operations are picky about where your cursor is when you select the menu item, but I have tried all combinations I can think of.
