Is the first item of the block a non-displayed PK item - like an ID?

I don't remember correctly, but I had a similar problem about 3 years ago. I do remember that it had something to do with the order of the items (and perhaps a POST-CHANGE trigger). Anyway, I made certain that the first item of the block was a displayed item, and the problem was solved.
