Create_Group built in...

Is it possible that recordgroup_name parametar in create_group built in in forms is
limited in lenght to 30 characters?
Some Designer+Headstart generated modules raise FRM-41072 runtime error. My little research convinced me that this error ocures when module component name
is longer then 30 characters.
Is this true and if it is what shell I do? I'm using Forms builder 5.0.6.14.2 (february patch), Designer 2.1.2 (7.0.24.2) and
Headstart Designer 2.1.2
