You can import every events and methods by "Program->OLE Importer..." command.

But it is good to have some documentation or on-line help file for used ActiveX. You can use TreeView OCX from MS Visual Basic or from Oracle Power Object or by ProtoView company (http://www.protoview.com) or from any other.

Have a look at Developer 6. It is now in the production release. There is a TreeView item type in it.
