Forms 5.0 and memory usage

I use Forms 5.0 and each form needs around 20M ram memory while forms from version 3.0 use 5M.
I recompiled the binaries but it did not change anything. I use the command Top to evaluate the memory consomption. What are the usual memory usage for a form (very small one needs 20M) at your site.
I run forms 5.0 on solaris 2.5.1 in character mode.
