shift-alt-printscreen creates a printable shot of your active window. It is placed on the clipboard and you can paste in into Word for example. This goes for every active window, not only forms. You can also purchase or download a little tool (you have to search for it because I don't know the name anymore, but there are many) with which you can just select any part of your screen and print that
