Install the Forms 4.5 runform on the client, and run the 4.5 fmx with that. The 4.5 and 5.0 versions can be installed on the same machine.

Your other alternative it to regenerate the 4.5 forms with the 5.0 Forms Builder or Comlpiler and then they will run ok.
