Forms and triggers ---Help Needed Urgently

I have got a nasty problem and I have been stuck on it for a few days

I got a forms which update inserts data into a reference form

the table has three triggers on it . before update , before insert , before delete which fires and stores audit log info about changes made to the table

[Quoted] the problem is that when I run the forms and change a field and then press the [Quoted] save button it works fine if I change another field the form hangs

why does it only work the first time ??

If I disable the triggers its works fine ..

the triggers call a procedure store audit .. do I need a commit in this procedure .. so is there somethin I missed out ..

any help would be appreciated
