I can't provide you complete solution for Outlook, but I've done some work concerning data exchange between Forms 4.5, Microsoft Excel and Word. The solution is in DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange). You should read chapter 12 (Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)) of Forms Advanced Techniques manual.
