We are trying to configure the Intersolv ODBC Driver for Ingres that come with Developer 2000 2.1. Our client platform is Windows NT 4.0.

According to the online doc under Configuring Data Sources, we should be able to use the ODBC Administrator to add the INTERSOLV Ingres 6.4/04 data source. When we do this, we get "The setup routines for the INTERSOLV OEM 2.1.4 32-bit Ingres 6.4 Driver cannot be loaded due to system error 126" followed by "Couldn't load the setup or translation lib". Oracle Tech. Support says that they do not support these drivers; only distribute them.

Does anyone know why we are getting the error message and how to resolve it?
