Conceptual Data Model in Designer/2000

Hi,

Let's take a simple example : let's condider two entities CUSTOMER and ITEMS
At conceptual level, these entities are linked by a many-to-many relation "INVOICE" that has an attribute "invoice amount". INVOICE is a relation with an attribute not an entity.

How can I draw that ?
Does Designer/2000 allow the creation of Conceptual Data Models ?
