Building Oracle 8 OCI apps on AIX

Can anyone tell me what oracle libraries and object modules need to be linked in to your program when you are using version 8.0.3 of the sqlnet client and OCI? The libraries apparently changed between 7.3.3 and 8. Any pointers to Oracle documentation on this would be greatly appreciated.
