Yes it is a very fine tool, provided you like GUI and tabs and other Windows
tools. We have development
groups in Malaysis, Saudi Arabia, Hungary and South Africa (of course Canada
and the US). All teams are
using (but not yet deploying) these new Oracle GUI/Windows tools: Form
Builder, Report Builder and Schema
Builder.
