Query Tool Recommendations Sought

[Quoted] [Quoted] For use by end-users already familiar with MS-Access, I'm looking for a query tool that has a similar drag-drop interface, and with graphical representation of tables and joins, yet designed to work specifically with Oracle: i.e., queries should execute on the server, and all SQL statements generated by the graphical tool should be Oracle-compatible. (The pass-through query option in MS-Access does not always produce Oracle-compliant SQL, btw.) Crystal Reports is not easy enough for this particular group of users. And I'm familiar with Oracle Discoverer; powerful, but requires too much setup for this particular situation. The closer to MS-Access in approach, the better. Any suggestions? Anything out there like this?
