HELP!!! Unable to start Oracle Reports after a move.

HELP!
We just recently moved our RS-6000 with Oracle 7.3 to a new building which
entitled adding a new router and giving the RS-6000 a new IP address. Ever
since this move, we are unable to start the application Reports 2.5 over the
network. It works fine locally. All other applications work fine over the
network, the only problem we have is with Reports.
Is there a configuration file of some sort that has a hard coded IP address specifically for Reports?
