I don't have experience of the above products but have used the golden set of shareware software which I find excellent http://www.tiac.net/users/markford/index.htm. More recently I have started using TOAD (Tool for Oracle Application Developers) which is more powerful in some respects and is free! - To find TOAD you will need to search as I have lost the address.
