Dev2000 instability under NT3.51

[Quoted] We are currently using Dev2000 v 1.3 (NOT 1.3.2) under NT3.51 and we are experiencing some significant problems. These are centred around the program units and manifest themselves as procedures/functions 'reappearing' [Quoted] after they have been deleted and conversely disappearing when they haven't [Quoted] been deleted. Has anybody else seen this or any other similar problems; Oracle claim no known issues in this area.

There are a host of other, less significant, problems, ie whenever a module [Quoted] is saved for the first time, Forms/Reports always claims the file exists already ??
