problem converting form 2.3 to form 3.0

[Quoted] A coworker has written a one screen form using form 2.3.Now one of the triggers has a bug when I copy the form to my id and make the correction,the form no longer works.
When I converted it to 3.0 I carry the nonfunctional form, the fields attributes setting for
input,update but yet the form will not let me update records.

Any help on that.
