I have had 16 bit and 32 bit forms co-existing on my PC (running Windows '95) at work for some 6 months now and have experienced no real problems aside from having to be disciplined in keeping the executables (.fmx's, plx's, .mmx's etc.) in separate environments.

Release 1.3 is a much more stable product and as a bonus it doesn't cause full-window drag to cease functioning!!

There are no real migration issues, .fmb files can be generated by both versions without modification so you will just have to re-compile all of your 16 bit object with the 32 bit compiler.

The 32 bit forms get their environment variables etc. from the registry and the 16 bit version from the oracle.ini file so that side of it is taken care of quite nicely.

Last week I installed release 1.3.2 for Windows and it caused 1.3 for Windows '95 to give up the ghost and I had to reinstall 1.2 & 1.3 all over again (Oracle support had no answers for that one). So I would strongly advocate avoiding that scenario.
