CTRL-Q Problems with Forms

Greetings, we are current developing a forms 4.5 application and noticed a subtle error that happens from time to time. The CTRL-Q key combination normally cancels an ENTRY-QUERY condition. However, once in awhile, when the CTRL-Q key combination is used, we get the message "FUNCTION NOT ALLOWED IN THIS MODE". We currently are not sure what is causing this message to be displayed and it happens from time to time on all machines running our application. We can get around this by using a CANCEL QUERY option we have within our menu which is an inconvenience to our clients. If anyone knows what is going on, I sure would like to hear from you.
