Advance payroll functional and technical expertise in understanding complex payroll business needs of the client Minimum experience of two or more end to end SAP US payroll implementations Work with client payroll team and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and make sure that developed solutions meet those business needs SAP US/Canada payroll extensive experience in design, development/configuration of payroll functionality Highly proficient in writing schema/PCR for custom payroll requirements. Gross to Net processing including Taxes, BSI system, Garnishment, Net payment, Bank transfer Need to have good Experience on SAP HR/Payroll system integration to Finance, Benefits and Time management systems Analyze the business requirements and document the requirements thoroughly on business process flow Perform system maintenance tasks and troubleshoot production issues related to payroll processing Create design documents and functional specs for client’s HR/Payroll system requirements
