Job Responsibilities:

•	Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•	Comfortable to work in night shift
•	Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
•	Must have knowledge in browsing and submitting online applications.
•	Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
•	Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
•	Hands on experience with the Job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.,
